The Tokaji Ezsencia is the summit expression of dessert wines. Produced only from free run juice emanating from the sheer weight of the 9 Puttonyos of Azsu grape berries that they apply upon each other in a container. Only produced in the most excellent vintages and in very limited quantities. A richly concentrated essence of fruit, balance, freshness and layered complexity defines the title of greatness.
