Produced from Barbaresco Nebbiolo grapes just after pressing and brought to the distillery still wet and soft with retained Nebbiolo aromas and flavours. The Nebbiolo is evident in the elegant red fruit aromas arising through the clean, earthy spirit. More red currants and berries on the palate flowing throughout the refined texture, which continues into an elegant fruit finish.
