The Riserva Paje vineyard has a small bowl shape facing South/West that lies between the village Barbaresco itself and the famous Asili vineyard. This vintage is full-bodied, smooth, and savoury with succulent red fruits and a long finish. With its deep rich flavours and strong tannins, it's best paired with osso-buco, grilled meats and mild cheeses.
