This certified organic Chianti Classico displays aromas of violet, cherry, vanilla and spices. It has a flavourful, medium to full-bodied palate of dark fruits framed by fine oak tannins. Aged for 14 months in French barriques, it pairs well with red meats, roast veal loin, tomato based pastas and medium cheeses.
