The parcels of fruit were carefully selected at optimal ripeness and flavour development, with some whole berries used during fermentation, essentially creating a partial carbonic maceration. With malolactic fermentation and 16 months in French oak barriques, we have a powerful and balanced shiraz with juicy plum, blackberry fruit and seamless tannins.
