Summer Days Highball
Summer Days, a simple, refreshing highball highlighting the creamy, smooth notes of the Nikka Days.
Ingredients
• 50 ml of Nikka Days
• 100 ml of Soda Water
• Ice cubes
• Lemon Zest or Mint Sprig
Instructions
Chill the glass. Put an ice cube in the glass. Pour Nikka Days and stir to refresh the whisky. Then pour the Soda Water and stir gently. Garnish with a Lemon zest or a mint sprig.
