The Clos la Perriere is a small vineyard site owned exclusively by Chateau de Chamilly located in the middle of Mercurey. A well structured wine, it balances black fruits, cherry, and spice with silky tannins. Aged for 18 months, in a combination of oak and tank, its silky texture make for an excellent accompaniment to rack of lamb, seared tuna or mild cheeses.
