The Premier Cru Les Puillets is known for its mineral and floral notes due to the vineyards being planted on bedrock with minimal soil. It is aged for 12 months in oak followed by 6 months in concrete vats, resulting in a soft and delicate palate of red fruit, black-cherry, earthy notes and smooth, yet complex tannins.
