The single vineyard Barbaresco Froi comes from Massimo Rivetti's Neive Nebbiolo organic vineyards, with subtle aromas of dried cherries, licorice, black truffle and earthy leather. Medium-bodied with savoury flavours, red fruit, exotic spices, blackcurrants and white pepper. Toasty oak and firm tannins frame out this cellar worthy wine. Enjoy with roast beef, rack of lamb, osso-bucco or sharp cheddar.
